Brothers and Sisters,

It has been an honor to serve as the President for the MALIK Family for the past year.  Judging by the excitement surrounding this year’s National Convention and the success of last August's invigorating MALIK Family Day Cookout, the "sleeping giant" that is our collective potential is undoubtedly beginning to awaken.

No question about it, these are exciting times for MALIK. We are fortunate and privileged to have involvement from members spanning our beloved organization's entire history: from founders and past presidents to step masters of all eras, dedicated graduates, numerous new members, active honorary members and the priceless, undying support of the MALIK Melodies Sisterhood, Incorporated. It is evident that the graduate and undergraduate sectors of the organization are energized as both fronts offer whole new arenas for improvement and recruitment, as well as provisions for creative, yet feasible approaches to serve our various target communities indefinitely.
